Gill’s yoga journey began in her hometown of Baltimore where she took classes at a local studio during high school to complement her training for team sports. Over the years, she developed a deeper appreciation for the challenge, creativity and wonder of practicing yoga. She moved to Atlanta in 2011 where she continued to take classes at various studios around the city.
Inspired by her talented and passionate teachers, Gill decided to take her practice to the next level through the 200-Hour Teacher Training Program at CorePower Yoga. She went on to complete additional teacher training for Yoga Sculpt and Hot Power Fusion, and eventually served as a training lead for Yoga Sculpt training. She is a proud music nerd and loves creating playlists for her class that empower students to move, challenge themselves and have fun on the mat.
