Hara is certified yoga instructor with training in Hatha, Yoga Nidra, trauma and children’s yoga. She believes time spent on the mat is a time of sacred self-expression and exploration. Through her trauma-informed approach, she empowers students to make the practice their own. Hara encourages students to approach asana in an intentional manner, listening to where our body sends signals for natural alignment cues. She believes strengthening the ability to listen to our bodies invites transformation in our lives beyond the yoga mat.
In addition to teaching yoga, Hara is a sound ceremonialist, sexual/reproductive health educator and mentor. She enjoys spending her days off immersed in nature, writing music and exploring new places.
