Yoga has been a passion of Holly’s since she began practicing just before becoming pregnant with her first son, over 19 years ago. Practicing yoga has been a cornerstone for Holly. Learning to tap into breath and harness that with movement has been a powerful force in connecting mind and body.
As a student at Lift, she knew the community was something special. When the opportunity presented itself for teacher training, she knew there was nowhere better suited for her to learn and grow. Now as a RYT200, she guides students to tap into their power, mind and body, to cultivate strength, endurance and flexibility, while seeking to create a safe and welcoming space for all to practice.
With an additional specialty in Yoga for Athletes, Holly pairs her passion for yoga and fitness to help athletes improve their performance and focus. Holly designs her classes so they are accessible to all levels of athletes, at any stage of training.
Through lifestyle, yoga, weight training and running, Holly has made living healthy and strong, for herself and her family, a priority. Having been diagnosed with various illnesses and autoimmune struggles, she also became a certified holistic health coach through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Holly seeks to holistically maintain her health, while helping others do the same.
