Kathy began taking yoga classes in 2006 as a way to stay active as a new mom. She remembers struggling in her first few classes, barely able to touch her toes, but enjoying the challenge nonetheless.
It wasn’t until she found vinyasa that her practice really began to transform. She loves how yoga helps her to calm her mind, making her a more peaceful and loving person.
In 2018, Kathy decided to go through Yoga Teacher Training with Kim Saunders to deepen her understanding of the practice. YTT helped her get over her fear of being in front of a crowd, and now she is helping others find their confidence on and off of the mat, too.
