Natalie has been very involved in health and fitness for most of her life and has participated in many strength training, Pilates, and spinning classes throughout the years.

She joined Lift Yoga a few years ago and after trying everything on the fitness menu, she quickly fell in love with the Barre fitness classes. This was a deep muscle-burning, heart-thumping, endorphin-releasing, mind-centering full body workout!

Natalie completed her Barre certification and the rest is history! When you take Barre Fusion with Natalie, you can feel her passion & delight in this form of fitness — which makes it all the more fun to participate in!
