Reg has been practicing yoga for more than 12 years and is an experienced yoga instructor (E-RYT, 200). He enjoys practicing and teaching traditional Vinyasa Flow, Power, and Ashtanga-based yoga styles. His classes are always fun, creative and challenging. Reg has studied anatomy and physiology and is certified in Thai Yoga Bodywork Techniques. Keen to proper alignment principles and safe adjustments, his students appreciate the thorough instruction and hands-on guidance they receive. He is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran and currently works for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta.
