Sarah is an Atlanta native who began practicing yoga in her teens. She says yoga ‘found’ her at a time in her life when she really needed it.
Graduating with her degree in Writing in 2016, Sarah decided to take a ‘gap’ year and move to Sydney, Australia for 7 months before spending a month in Bali, Indonesia to complete her 300 hours. Having traveled half way around the world, her path lead her back to Atlanta where she plans to plant some roots down and water them.
Her classes give you a chance to really check in with not only your physical body, but your mental and emotional well being as well. “She has this amazing talent where she can pluck you out of your mundane human experience and place you into this vast star-filled universe” is how one of her regular students described her very unique style of teaching.
Join Sarah Tuesday nights for a candlelit Yin Yoga practices, focusing on long holds & deep breaths, allowing the body, mind and spirit to open up to a whole new level. And Sunday afternoons — to activate your parasympathetic nervous system — or in other words, rest & digest. Sundays restorative class will completely reset you, preparing you for the week ahead.
