Brittney received her RYT-200hr training from Johns Creek Yoga in 2019 and is on the journey to completing her 500hr training. Brittney was first led to yoga in 2014 with the intent to heal and condition the physical body. She quickly realized that the practice of yoga goes far beyond physical conditioning. Brittney values the sanctity of the relationship between the breath and movement, on and off the mat.
Her continued practice and teaching of yoga is to find balance in the ebbs and flows of everyday life by reconnecting with the body, mind, and soul. Brittney’s intention for each practice is to hold a safe and sacred space for all to be present and accepting of where the body, soul and mind is on any particular day. Every class focuses on moving through postures with proper alignment and exploring the Self a little deeper with each breath.
