Gail is an experienced and enthusiastic yoga teacher with 4 grown children and a fur baby named Ruby. Gail found her heart teaching yoga after working in the fitness business, teaching group fitness and personal training. She knows she was born to teach yoga and loves working with people of all ages and stages in life; encouraging and inspiring them to live their lives with strength, confidence and joy. Gail believes that our best days are always yet to come and it is never too late to begin something new, like yoga!
Gail loves teaching Vinyasa flow classes focusing on strength and flexibility with an emphasis on moving through poses that aid in day to day functional movement.
“I believe with my whole heart that there is a place for yoga in everyone’s life. I strive to be the teacher that can demonstrate to the student how yoga can enhance one’s life in ways they might not have imagined- no matter your age, physicality, occupation or sport. I love what I do and I am so grateful to help guide students through their yoga practice. And, I get to go to work barefoot!”
