Ginny considers herself a citizen of the world – having lived in several countries and always absorbing the various cultures around her. When not on her mat, you will usually find her with a backpack ready to travel (or reading about the next place she plans to discover).
Ginny was first introduced to yoga and Pilates her freshman year of college as a way to calm her mind while working the physical body. She kept on coming back to her mat to find herself and to feel the connection between her mind-body and spirit. Being on her mat offered her a journey of self-discovery – to evolve and to be open to all things possible.
Ginny is a devoted practitioner of both Yoga and Pilates; and continues to have a very strong daily practice. Trained in several styles of yoga and Pilates, Ginny incorporates both practices in her classes while always preserving the movement principals of centering, breath, and flow in all her classes.
Through her various training, Ginny continues to explore the connections between the body, mind and spirit while creating challenging and positive playful classes. Ginny loves helping people to find themselves – on and off the mat.
