Yoga has been a passion of Holly’s since she began practicing before becoming pregnant with her oldest son, over 20 years ago. Practicing yoga has been a cornerstone for Holly as she learned to tap into her breath and harness that both with movement and in stillness. She quickly found yoga to have an incredible impact on her life, as the benefits of a regular practice extended beyond her physical body.
Holly considers herself a perennial student, both on the mat and off. She always seeks ways to grow in her own practice, as well as in her teaching.
As an E-RYT, Holly not only creates a safe and accessible practice for her students, but also strives to lead students to discover sthira and sukha (stability and ease) in their yoga. She loves to guide students to cultivate strength (body & mind) and improve mobility for longevity and sustainability.
