Jennifer believes in yoga as a path to wholeness in mind, body, and spirit, and wants to make this transformational practice accessible to all. She began practicing yoga in 1999, and received her 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate in 2021. Additional coursework in yoga nidra and yin yoga inform her practice. As a PhD student, she understands that many people spend much of their time in their heads, to the neglect of their bodies. Yoga, particularly yin, restorative, and yoga nidra, provide a pathway to reintegrate mind and body to help you feel fully present in the moment, in the body, and in the world, by rooting the practice in self-knowledge, radical acceptance, and connection to the natural world. Jennifer hopes that you will find a deeper connection to yourself, and to the world around you through the practice of yoga.
