Scarlett has been practicing yoga since 2010 and has over 500 hours of training. She continues to learn and explore as a teacher through continued education and workshops. Likewise, her personal practice continues to evolve as she grows with her practice.
Scarlett teaches intentionally sequenced, alignment based yoga that balances flow and alignment, breath and power. Classes are influenced by the moon cycle, seasonal changes and other insights.
Each class includes meditative centering, foundational work, dynamic and creative movement, and a deliberate savasana. Classes are inclusive and supportive and are open and accessible for everyone.
