To join a LiftLIVE Virtual Class, navigate your your account either using the button below or in our Lift Yoga mobile app. Navigate to My Schedule and tap JOIN to join the class. PLEASE NOTE: The virtual class will begin about 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time of class. If you get a message that the “session hasn’t started yet” please wait for the instructor to join the class. To speed up the process of joining your first LiftLIVE class, please download the Zoom app on your computer or mobile device ahead of time.

Free Community Classes
Did you know that Lift offers free classes for the community multiple times a week? Grab your mat and join our amazing instructors for a complimentary class! The scheduled instructors are subject to change without notice.
The following classes are taught by our newer yoga teacher training grads. Donations are welcome.
Community Classes at Lift Yoga Johns Creek and Alpharetta
Fridays at 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM: As classes are offered based on student teacher availability, it is highly encouraged to check the schedule every week and register in advance so that we may contact you if the schedule changes.
Experience a variety of classes including gentle yoga, all levels and vinyasa flow, as well as mat pilates, all taught by our recent teacher training grads. You get the free class while they get experience teaching! Donations are requested as these are taught on a volunteer basis. Feedback for the teachers is always welcome!
